I wanted to write to tell you the move went very well. We haven’t completely unpacked of course, but so far, everything was packed very carefully—particularly my breakables.

The men were professional, polite, friendly and extremely efficient. Boy do those guys ever work hard!!

With the exception of bit of damage to one wall from the corner of my buffet falling into it, everything seems good so far. I told them I would report damage to you as they asked me to, but you can’t see it because it’s behind the hutch, so I’m not worried about it and don’t want to see anyone in trouble for it. Accidents happen. I’m more concerned about breakable items that have sentimental value and they appear unharmed. 😁

I have to say, I haven’t got everything unpacked yet, but so far, this is the best move I’ve ever experienced. My mom just went through one in September (with a different large company) and it was a disaster. I’ve moved a few times over the past ten years, and this move has been the smoothest and best value for my money.

I would like to give Rob a special mention as a very hard worker—he never stopped!! From his work ethic, professionalism and coordinating things to getting all the paperwork done, he was extremely efficient.

Please share my comments with the men and your manager, as I want them to know how much I appreciated everything they did.

I want to thank you as well for your professionalism and the care you took in booking my move.  You were very responsive to all my questions which helped immensely.

Moving is a very stressful time for people but you and your guys made that part less stressful on us.
